This study was aimed at providing the relevant authorities and the potential investors with a preliminary technical, economical and administrative evaluation of a biomass plant located in a former pulp producing plant in the Berane district. The study highlighted the possibility to develop the plant as CDM project within the framework of the Kyoto Protocol.
