The objective of the project is to evaluate suitable solutions and actions to reduce CO2 emissions, to increase energy efficiency levels and to improve the integrated environmental quality in the Pancevo Municipality. The study was performed at the HIP Azotara plants (fertilizers producer) and at the municipal district heating system.
