Objective of the project was to identify options to increase energy efficiency in the industrial sector of the Shanghai Municipality. Data collection and evaluation of Shanghai energy structure and industrial context were first performed. Detailed energy audits were then completed, yielding to a priority list of feasible interventions comprising technical/financial analysis for decision makers.
